Maurblack Media Solutions provides creative and digital services, including graphic design and branding, printing, website and mobile app development, photography and videography, and digital marketing and WhatsApp chatbots. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are confirmed in individual proposals and quotes.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for a project, to review and approve materials in a timely manner, and to provide all necessary content, artwork and access needed to complete the work.

4. Payments

Payment terms are set out in the applicable quote or invoice. Amounts not paid by the due date may be subject to suspension of ongoing work. Online payments made through our site are processed securely through our payment gateway.

5. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Maurblack Media Solutions. Upon full payment, the rights agreed in your proposal are transferred to you. Any third-party assets, stock imagery or fonts remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed accordingly.

6. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimates based on the scope agreed at the start of a project. Delays caused by late client feedback, changes in scope or unavailable content may extend the agreed schedule.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maurblack Media Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
